Redefining cancer surveillance

Asima Health is developing a multi-cancer blood test to reduce the human and financial burden of post-cancer testing...

Our innovative technology can quickly rule out cancer or identify those at risk and in need of colonoscopy, mammography, etc., with a simple blood test.

Our platform technology is portable which means that the test can be accessed through any local diagnostic lab, as part of routine blood work.

Our pan-genomic test can simultaneously detect multiple cancers which means primary & secondary cancers can be caught through a single blood draw.

Early cancer detection can save lives

Cancer survivorship

More people are surviving cancer. Between 1991 & 2020, the death rate for all cancers in the U.S. declined by 33%. Currently there are 18 million cancer survivors in the U.S and this number is projected to become 26 million by 2040.

Survivor challenges

Cancer survivors follow up with their doctor every 3-12 mos for a physical exam & testing. The standard of care involves tests such as mammograms and colonoscopy, that are invasive, expensive, slow to get results, and have low diagnostic yield.

Cancer is among the leading causes of death worldwide. In 2018, there were 18.1 million new cases and 9.5 million cancer-related deaths worldwide.
