More people are surviving cancer. Between 1991 & 2020, the death rate for all cancers in the U.S. declined by 33%. Currently there are 18 million cancer survivors in the U.S and this number is projected to become 26 million by 2040.

Cancer survivors follow up with their doctor every 3-12 mos for a physical exam & testing. The standard of care involves tests such as mammograms and colonoscopy, that are invasive, expensive, slow to get results, and have low diagnostic yield.
